The Chief Entrepreneur: The 2 Days mini MBA Course- June 27-28 (Manhattan Towers, CA). Led by Dr. Aaron U. Levy – CEO of ETV Global, Inc.
In 2 full days, you will learn important elements of how to successfully lead thru financial performance: You will learn to validate your idea via a SWOT analysis, develop a customize financial model, set your strategic goals, develop effective framework to execute on your goals. You will be exposed to social media marketing tools, crowdfunding, presentations to VCs, how to raise capital, practice steps for prospecting, proposing, selling and closing, while role playing and networking with other Entrepreneurs.
DAY 1 (8 am to 6 pm)
- Morning Session (8 am to 12 pm): SWOT analysis and idea validation (Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats); Fundamentals of business development, entrepreneurship & Leadership; How to monetize your passion; How to balance work and personal life as an entrepreneur.
- Afternoon Session (1 pm to 6 pm): Financial Business Model: Develop your own customized financial model using our software tool; learn key elements of a financial statement, principles and structure; sales, cost of sales, gross profits, operational expenses, net profit, cash flow and P&L; learn about forecasting, ratios of factors that influence financial performance; practice – role playing.
DAY 2 (8 am to 6 pm)
- Morning Session (8 am to 12 pm): Simulate growth scenarios using the financial model; develop effective strategies and set goals, based on the SWOT analysis and data from financial simulations; then develop effective framework to execute on your goals.
- Afternoon Session (1 pm to 6 pm): Marketing, branding, and social media tools; learn the effective steps of the sales cycle – researching, targeting, prospecting, proposing, selling, closing and collecting; learn about organic growth versus capital funding; presentations to investors, VCs/PEs; crowd funding and how to raise capital; effective leadership; practice – role playing.
